Sr. Software /Firmware Engineer

Develop /Lead technical projects. Determine system specifications and perform research /analysis. Design prototype tests and evaluations based on research and analysis. Recommend solutions to problems related to software and system design. Provide leadership in assigning work and resolving problems. Oversee design changes and/or enhancements to the system. Project responsibilities including establishing, monitoring, and controlling task schedules and budgets.

Qualifications: Hands-on experience in firmware /embedded systems design, architecture system design and C/C++ RT programming. Previous experience with VxWorks RTOS /BSP or Tornado IDE, TCP/IP protocol implementation, M68360 /MPC860 /MPC8260, BDM/ JTAG on-chip debugger, and MS Visual Studio an asset.

B.S /M.S. Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with related experience.
