MEMS MMIC Engineer

Design and analyze complex electrical interconnect for RF frequency single and multi-chip packaging approaches. Develops and applies advanced hardware /systems methods, theories and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex and advanced microelectronic systems problems. 

Must have applicable microelectronic design engineering experience with MMIC's, miniaturized RF circuits and interconnect using microelectronic technology and related multi-physics EDA tools. Should have design experience to include RF devices, receivers, transmitters and antennas.

BSEE or BSME with related experience.
