Director Design Engineering

Provide technical and operational leadership for the design engineering department. Responsibilities include technical guidance for the design engineering staff, acquiring / developing engineering design skills, standards, processes and procedures to support all current and forecasted projects. 

Provide day-to-day administration and operation support of the engineering division, and support to senior management for the status reporting, strategic and financial planning of the engineering division. Design experience in digital circuitries such as ASIC, FPGA and microprocessor based systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record in building engineering design teams. 

B.Sc. or M.Sc. Electrical Engineering or related.
