Director Engineering, Fiber Communications

Lead a team of engineers in the development of optoelectronics, equalizers, transceivers, SERDES, clock and data recovery, and other high frequency functions for challenging applications. 

Direct all aspects of product development from concept to full production, including product definition, system and transistor-level circuit design, simulation, layout supervision, laboratory characterization and test development. Design in leading sub-micron CMOS, complementary bipolar and SiGe bipolar/BiCMOS process technologies.

Invent and innovate to build product leadership in SONET, SDH, ATM, FibreChannel, Gigabit Ethernet, PON and other high frequency markets. Interface with Business Managers and Product Definition Engineers to develop new product strategies and process technology roadmaps. Must have relevant hands-on analog /mixed-signal IC design experience and proven expertise managing large design teams. 

Previous track record of developing products from definition to volume production. Disciplined management style, strong communication and technical leadership skills. MSEE or PhDEE.
