Analog IC Design Engineer

RFIC /Analog integrated circuit design for submicron CMOS RF /analog transceivers. Experience with transistor level device physics and layout issues for high-speed circuits. 

Previous experience with design for one or more of the following: data converters, baseband filters, high speed I/Os, SERDES or equalizers. Knowledge of radio architectures and 802.11 wireless standards. Hands on experience with SpectreRF or ADS. 

B.Sc. /M.Sc. or Ph.D. Electrical Engineering.
